Marchesi

Alessandro is a chartered accountant. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in business administration.

He was awarded a Masters in tax law at the Bocconi University in Milan in 2006.

He advises on tax, corporate and commercial law, assisting clients in both ordinary and extraordinary transactions. Where necessary, he consults with the tax authorities through a specific query procedure (so-called “interpello”).

In addition to working with industrial and commercial companies, he is specialised in the non-profit sector (non-commercial, ETS and non-profit organisations). Alessandro is a member of the commission for non-profit organisations and social cooperatives of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.

He joined the firm in 2005.
