Andrea graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in business administration, with a focus on business finance.

He is a chartered accountant and auditor.

He has attended numerous training and refresher courses, mainly in the field of corporate tax law.

He advises commercial, service and financial enterprises mainly on company, commercial and tax law. He also specialises in merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

He is the author of scientific publications in specialised national and international tax matters, and is a speaker at conferences on these subjects.

He is a member of the board of directors of commercial, industrial and financial companies. He is a statutory auditor of commercial and industrial companies, and of financial intermediaries.

He has been a partner in the firm since 1990, the year it was founded.
