Annalisa graduated from the University of Como Insubria with a degree in law.

She is registered with the Milan Bar Association. She attended a specialisation program for corporate counsels at Bocconi University in Milan. She provides consulting services for companies, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions and national and international contracts in general. She deals with litigation in areas concerning commercial law and civil law.

She joined the firm in 2014.
