Davide graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in business administration. He is a chartered accountant and auditor.

He is an expert in tax, company and commercial law and has a long track record in advising commercial, service, manufacturing and retail, publishing and IT enterprises.

Specialising in company valuations, he also deals with extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, transfers, mergers and corporate reorganisations in general).

He is also an auditor of commercial and industrial companies.

He joined the firm in 2002.
