Federico graduated from the University of Parma with a degree in business administration and management. He was awarded a Masters in tax law at IPSOA (a vocational school in Milan) in 2010.

He is a chartered accountant and auditor.

He is an expert in tax, corporate and commercial law, specializing in acquisitions, mergers and corporate reorganizations and generally in business consulting. He has worked in acquisition transactions, including in the negotiation phase and in the drafting of contractual agreements, as well as Private Equity.

He is a member of the boards of commercial and industrial companies, and also serves as statutory auditor in commercial and industrial companies.

He joined the firm in 2011.
