Ivan graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a degree in law.
He was awarded a Master in law and international trade at the 24Ore Business School in Milan.
He is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
He currently deals with corporate law, corporate governance, extraordinary transactions and restructuring, areas in which he has focused during his professional career.
He joined the firm in 2021.
