Mario graduated, with honours, from Milan State University with a degree in law..

He is registered with the Milan Bar Association, and registered with the special bar for lawyers admitted to appear before the Italian Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.

He was awarded a Masters in EU law.

He provides consulting services for companies in intellectual property law, commercial and company law (with particular reference to extraordinary transactions, mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings in general).

He has a long track record in advising commercial, service and manufacturing enterprises, as well as businesses operating in publishing and the media (radio, television, publishing, advertising, internet) as well as telecommunications and information technology (IT).

Author of scientific publications, he is also a speaker at conferences. He has attended numerous training and refresher courses, primarily in the area of intellectual property law and commercial law.

He has also gained extensive experience in the field of art law.

He is a committee member of the Milan Bar Association Counsel.
He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and the BCCI – The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy.
He is a member of the AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
He is the president of the Associazione Note di Talento, a non-profit cultural association involved in music and art education, mainly for pre-schoolers and school-age children.

He has been a partner in the Firm since 1999.
