Stefano
Marchesi

Stefano graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in business administration. He is a chartered accountant and auditor.

He specialises in corporate and tax law, deals with extraordinary transactions (transfers, mergers, corporate reorganisations) and general business consulting.

He has extensive experience in advising companies involved in the financial sector, insurance, publishing, consumer credit, information technology, importation and distribution and trade – primary and secondary – of works of art. His is an auditor of commercial, industrial, banking, financial and insurance companies. He is also an expert for company valuations and attestator for creditor arrangements, certified reorganisation plans, or debt restructuring agreements.

He is the author of specialised scientific publications in tax issues and speaker at conferences on these subjects. He has worked together with the School of Higher Learning in Economics and Finance, with Paradigma and with Insurance Law and Taxation.

He joined the firm in 1998.
